Blended Salad

Use for Spring Detox
(May be used for a 1 or 2 day fast)

Use organically grown vegetables whenever possible!

Put 2 inches of distilled water into the bottom of the blender. Next put in the lettuce leaves and tomato. Give them a quick blend until liquid. Cut up the carrot, celery and beet. Put remaining vegetables into the blender and blend for about a minute or until they are liquefied. Add 2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil or Golden Omega-Omega oil (higher in essential fatty acids), and the juice of ½ lime. Blend again for 10 seconds.
