Pricing Policy
For internet orders we are able to offer our nutritional products at a discount of 25% from our already low retail prices.
An additional discount may be available for quantity orders greater than $1000 USA. Please inquire.
Payment Terms
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. We accept money orders, and Visa or Master Card credit cards.
Personal checks are accepted, however product shipment will be delayed until the bank clears the check (about 5 to 7 business days from receipt).
Shipment
U.S. Orders are sent UPS or through the US Post Office and delivered direct to your doorstep.
Canadian orders will be shipped through the U.S. Postal Service and the actual costs may vary from the amount quoted; if the costs are higher than the amount quoted, we will e-mail you with the actual shipping costs for your confirmation before shipping. If the shipping cost is less than the amount quoted, we will
charge your account the lesser amount.
Guarantee
Due to our discount pricing, all sales are final. Opened products are not returnable. All products are guaranteed by the manufacturers and UPS/Post Office to arrive in an undamaged condition. To return damaged goods, you must call us first (425) 743-1391 to get a customer service return number.
