Recommended for normal to dry/sensitive skin, including acne prone and troubled skin. This gentle cleanser is formulated to sweep away external pollutants and skin waste products, while maintaining the skin's natural acid mantle and lipoproteins.

The surface-active cleansing agents, cocoyl taurate and cocoyl isethionate, are among the most gentle, nonirritating, non-soap cleansing agents.

DEEP FOAMING CLEANSER

Recommended for normal to oily skin. This non-ionic, vegetable based, foaming cleanser will gently loosen and emulsify pore clogging impurities such as excess oil, makeup, and environmental pollutants that have attached themselves at the interface between the skin and the air. Deep Foaming Cleanser will reach a little deeper into the skin's surface and lift away even the most stubborn impurities and waste products.

Two surface active non-ionic cleansers, oleamido sulfosuccinate and cocosulfate, generate a gentle deep cleansing foam.
The deep cleansing action is complimented by a mild botanical blend of aloe vera, cucumber, chamomile, kelp, yarrow, green tea, citrus and rose extracts.

Ficus Carica Extract.
Ficus Carica is a Mediterranean fig that contains mucilages and sugars that soften and moisturize skin cells. It is rich in polysaccharides that are able to limit the transepidermal water loss (TEWL) and preserve the cutaneous water balance.

To achieve this volume, water is retained from sudation and caught from the atmosphere, thanks to the natural moisturizing factors contained in the cells of the corneous layer. There must be a balance between caught-water from the atmosphere and released water. Since Ficus carica is rich in polysaccharides that have fibogen activity, it is able to limit the transepidermic water loss (TEWL) and help preserve the cutaneous water balance.

When we age, our body's production of DHEA, "the youth hormone", which regulates and control the production of IL6, decreases, allowing increased synthesis of IL6 which plays a crucial role in triggering acute inflammatory responses.
